Hypnotist on Brilliance

If you go on Brilliance and see a show for a Hypnotist - do yourself a favor and skip it. It is time in your life you will never get back. I'd say it was bad - but that would be too kind. It was so horrible that you just couldn't leave because you knew there had to be a good joke coming. It never came - it was just bad... and dumb. I love shows and usually like them all - I just don't understand, unless there was some serious nepotism going on, how this show ever got approved.

I've seen the hypnotist on other cruises, and I quite agree with you, it's not my favorite. I know other guests enjoy it though.

Truly depends on the hypnotist! We've seen 2 shows.. (not on a ship, tho), and one was fantastic and hilarious...the other, not so much fun....

 

It also depends on the audience in many cases!

Oh, I've seen hypnotist shows before and cried laughing because it was so funny. My son was in one once and was really looking forward to the show. We had a few people we met on the ship ask if we had been at that show who felt the same way. But it was a painful experience to politely clap for what seemed hours. The contestants were not great actors and one laughed the entire time.
