mnocket Posted December 24, 2016 #1 Share Posted December 24, 2016 OK, so when I set up my online account I neglected to add "Jr" to my last name. Thus it failed to show up on my Choice Air ticket and cruise reservation. In trying to get this straightened out I needed both my online account and my existing reservations corrected. In the process I had to talk to both the Reservation Line and Captains Club. When calling Captains Club the message asked if I wanted to make a new reservation or manage an existing reservation. This made me wonder.... if I could make a new reservation via Captains Club, what did I need the Reservation line for? Here's my question....
