Can you use FaceTime audio on the boom surf only?

We are on Harmony and one of our party needs to check on her elderly mother. Can you FaceTime audio using the surf or does she need to purchase the stream?

On Harmony, you should have no problem using audio on Surf only.

Current pricing is such that buying Stream pre-cruise is about the same price as Surf on board (which you can't buy pre-cruise).

We are not on the ship. I didn't realize it would be the same price. I thought the surf was only 795 once on board

Surf is 12.99/day on board and the lowest I saw it pre-cruise was about $9.
