guttermandave Posted January 8, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 8, 2017 I'm a little confused... Is there free shows in the escape supper club? Or they pay only? I've seen conflicting statements on this.

I've seen conflicting statements on this. Since the brat pack left, there has not been a permanent replacement. There is one (literally one) paid Cabaret show each week featuring the lead from after midnight. Other shows are free, rotating guest performers. Some with complimentary dinner. Some with just a show. Since it varies by week, you book these on board. They sell out fast.
aquaman39 Posted January 8, 2017 #3 Share Posted January 8, 2017 Hi. We have never sailed with NCL before. Where should we go to book entertainment like this? Should we make dinner reservations as well? If so, do we make them in the same location on board? Sent from my iPad using Forums

Sent from my iPad using Forums Reservations for dinners and shows (on mega ships only) open 90 days prior to cruise (100 days for suites). You should book dinner and show reservations at the 90 day mark. If the dinner times and shows are sold out online, you should book as soon as you embark. Again, shows are only booked for the mega ships (Breakaway, Getaway, Escape, Epic, Bliss, Joy). Online bookings are available once you have completed your online checkin on MyNCL.com. ljrfrm Posted January 8, 2017 #6 Share Posted January 8, 2017 (edited) Where do you book the complimentary shows at the Supper club? at the venue itself or with guest services? I booked mine on iconcierge the day we sailed. I also went to the box office on board once to change dates for one of the shows. We saw 3 different shows at the Supper Club last month. We enjoyed them all. One of the shows was no reservations-first come first seated. We got there 45 min before and seated ourselves 30 min before. We were able to sit up front. The show was standing room only-so get there early. Edited January 8, 2017 by ljrfrm

Download the App, or there is a ticket box office that is open on boarding day. We used the App and booked the complimentary dinner show at the supper club. guttermandave Posted January 9, 2017 Author #8 Share Posted January 9, 2017 (edited) Thanks for all the info! I didn't know you could book the shows through iconcierge app Edited January 9, 2017 by guttermandave
Sand and Seas Posted January 9, 2017 #9 Share Posted January 9, 2017 Where do you book the complimentary shows at the Supper club? at the venue itself or with guest services? You can book them at the box office or you can book them at an interactive display you'll find on the wall. We loved 'Oh What A Night' which is a tribute to Frankie Valli songs. On our Escape cruise they were in the Supper club on several nights plus one show in the main theater. There wasn't a charge but you did need to make a reservation once you boarded. You can see which NCL ships (and other appearances) they are booked on at their web site: http://frankievalliandthe4seasonstribute.com/

Rare BirdTravels Posted January 9, 2017 #11 Share Posted January 9, 2017 Where do you book the complimentary shows at the Supper club? at the venue itself or with guest services? The easiest way is to use the touchscreen kiosks in all public areas. Select your show, restaurant, shore excursion,,,, scan your room key,,, and you have a reservation. You can also use your stateroom TV, iconcierge app or the box office. (We would never stand in a line if you can use a touch screen).
