What time would you arrive?

I am trying to plan transportation for my upcoming cruise. What time would you arrive in port for embarkation day with a 20 month old?? We are leaving out of NYC. Thanks

They start allowing folks on the ship around 11am....give or take. I'd get there around 11:30 or so.

 

Age of the passengers doesn't matter one bit.

When we cruise in October it took us 45 min to come across the bridge and to travel the short distance to the pier; the left turn into the port was a nightmare. One or two cars at most.
