PCWalton1 Posted January 18, 2017 Author #151 Share Posted January 18, 2017 Hello everyone, it was easy to find the reps for Maya Chan right past the security gate. The exiting, bumpy ride took about 20 minutes. We were greeted and shown to area lounging area. We were served a welcome rum punch along with chips, salsa and guacamole. PCWalton1 Posted January 18, 2017 Author #154 Share Posted January 18, 2017 . Having a great day except for an elderly couple upwind from us that smoke like a chimney. I would say something to them but I have found in the past that people who smoke in the middle of a crowded area usually don't care. jeditden Posted January 18, 2017 #156 Share Posted January 18, 2017 Fantastic pics of Maya Chan! Wife will be happy to see how nice it'll be. On another note, it's correct that they aren't doing aerial acts in the centrum right now?

On another note, it's correct that they aren't doing aerial acts in the centrum right now? So far no mention of aerial acts, the few times we have seen those shows it has always been difficult to see due to the lack of space. PCWalton1 Posted January 18, 2017 Author #158 Share Posted January 18, 2017 A delicious all you can eat taco bar with fresh made tortillas. Meat choices were steak, chicken, fish and pork. Also a tasty bean soup. Sent from my Galaxy S7 Edge using Tapatalk
TonyBuzz Posted January 18, 2017 #159 Share Posted January 18, 2017 We went to Maya Chan last October. Loved everything and didn't have any smokers to deal with. My wife's favorite was the floating chairs.
PCWalton1 Posted January 18, 2017 Author #160 Share Posted January 18, 2017 On the way back to the ship we learned to appreciate how good our driver and taxi was this morning. This afternoon I swear the driver was looking to hit the potholes and the taxi had nit suspension. [emoji33] [emoji14] But we survived. In the shopping area by the pier we saw some pole dancers. Clarea Posted January 19, 2017 #167 Share Posted January 19, 2017 Bill, if you have ever been to Nachi Cocom in Cozumel, I wonder if you could compare it to Maya Chan.
PCWalton1 Posted January 19, 2017 Author #168 Share Posted January 19, 2017 Bill, if you have ever been to Nachi Cocom in Cozumel, I wonder if you could compare it to Maya Chan. Yes we went to Nachi Cocom in 2015 and going again tomorrow. They are similar as the beaches are a bit rough in both places. Nachi has a bigger choice for food but you will not got hungry at either. Maya Chan has a bigger variety of places to sit, you can be more private if you like. The price is higher for Maya Chan but it also covers transportation round trip. I would, have to say Maya Chan was the most relaxing beach excursion we have done. My wife still talks about it 5 years after the fact.
