Re-deployment OBC

We have $400 obc on an upcoming cruise as compensation for redeployment of our original booking.

Does anyone know if this is refundable or not?

I know that regular OBC from the cruise line usually non refundable but on past cruises when we have had obc as compensation any unused was refunded. Wondered if it's the same for redeployment obc.
