ajtraveler66 Posted January 20, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 20, 2017 Does Carnival Elation offer special food packages or beverage packages? Up to this point I have only cruised with NCL. We were able to obtain dining packages for their specialty restaurants. And adult beverage packages were available as well. Does Carnival offer such packages on the "Elation"? As of now we are slated to eat in the main dining room every night at 8:15. If they have upgraded dining packages (with specialty restaurants) we might consider taking advantage of it. [i haven't seen anything like this being promoted on their website]. So perhaps you experienced "Elation" cruisers could offer some helpful advice. Thanks. JVilleGal Posted January 20, 2017 #4 Share Posted January 20, 2017 Elation does not have any specialty restaurants. EM Well that's that! The OP can't purchase a package for restaurants that don't exist :) Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Mountain Time Posted January 20, 2017 #5 Share Posted January 20, 2017 You are able to purchase beverage packages. They have only the Lido buffet available in the evening. She is an older and smaller ship but has been updated. We love her. Sent from my iPad using Forums
DanMan86 Posted January 20, 2017 #6 Share Posted January 20, 2017 Bottomless Bubbles is unlimited soda for about $35 total per person. Cheers is an alcohol package for $50 per day per person. I think the limit is 15 alcoholic drinks in 24 hours. As said above, there's no dinner packages.
JawjaFatBoy Posted January 20, 2017 #7 Share Posted January 20, 2017 No meal packages, but then Carnival doesn't charge extra for many of their specialty restaurants like Norwegian appears to do. Depending on when the OP sails on her, she may have Guy's and Blue Iguana as talk is that Elation will be getting them during her dry dock in Aug/Sept, and of course they are included.
