Hi I just purchased the 4 device option for voom. When and how do we get our login information? Thanks!

You will get an access code at checkin. You cannot change this.

They were given to us at check-in. Didn't have to ask, they were ready

I have had it either way, on 3 recent cruises. Once the access cards were in the room. Twice at check in. So, if you don't get the cards automatically at check in, just ask the person checking you in.
