Recent Gem info please

Hello. Has anyone noticed recently who are in these positions?

 

Hotel Director

Concierge

Casino Manager

Casino hosts

 

There was a server by the name of Branca from Serbia that made our trip great last year. He was in Spinnaker and the casino some times. Has anyone seen him recently? Also there was a sushi chef who had a difficult name so he said he has everyone just call him Tom Cruise, anyone see him lately.

We were on the Gem 12/11/16-12/19/16.

 

I wish I had paid more attention to the names of the staff.

 

Patrick was the Concierge

 

I cannot help with the rest (even though we spent a lot of time in the casino)

 

We did speak with the Casino manager one evening. He was a shorter gentleman, I think he was British ?? ( had a bit of an accent).

 

Patrick was an excellent Concierge. My wife's father has a mobility issue and Patrick went above and beyond to assist us as necessary with anything that he needed.

 

I would also highly recommend visiting Maltings, the main bartender, Singh, makes some excellent drinks.

Patrick was fantastic. We were on the Gem 12/29 cruise. I didn't save the list of all the names, sorry.

Going into our sailing mid-Dec. I was expecting Elvina (never met her) but when we got into the waiting area I saw Patrick. That was fine as we had him before and he was good at his job.

 

I asked Patrick and someone else and Elvina was on vacation until 1/22 (which I checked afterwards and didn't appear to be any day at a turn-around port). So as of this writing I would expect Elvina to be on.

 

Nelson Martin was the HD. Never spoke to him and didn't see him around too much.
