Bottled water

Can I bring bottled water on board embarkation day?

Which cruise line? Neither Carnival nor NCL allow you to bring aboard bottled water. Carnival sells bottled water aboard for reasonable rate, the cost of bottled water aboard NCL is expensive.

There is nothing wrong with ship water. We bring a couple empty drinking bottles and fill them at buffet or cabin's sink tap.

Big difference among cruise lines. Some provide it free including brands like Pellegrino.

With a Carnival you can order purified water ahead of time and have it waiting in your room. It's only $4.50 per 12 pack. :)

It's actually purified spring water and is quite good. Aquifina (sold by NCL) is purified tap water.
