Grandeur Inside sideways cabin

Hi Has anyone ever been in an inside sideways cabin? Did you like it? What was the floorplan like? Thanks in advance for any answers! Kendra

This last July we started out in two of them. We were in one and our boys were in the other. We liked the floor plan. Door was at foot of bed, between it and bathroom entrance. Unfortunately, our room flooded (they said it was the ice machine on the other side of the wall. So they moved us up a deck and to the other end of the ship (away from our kids) to another sideways room. The air conditioner didn't work in that room, but there is only so much complaining one can do.

 

I did like the way you entered. The layout made the room feel less claustrophobic.

I liked it. The layout made the room seem more spacious. We moved the chair to in between the beds and the night stands by the closet. That helped also. We were 4 adults too!

The kids had one on Enchantment and preferred it to the standard layout. It did make the room seem larger.
