Exchange CC champagne for wine on Silhouette recently?

I don't drink champagne or sparkling wine and was wondering if anyone has been successful in exchanging the complementary Concierge class bottle for a red or white wine on Silhouette recently?

 

I was able to do this a few years ago but not sure if Celebrity still allows this. And if so, what is the best way of doing it?

I did this last week. I left a note asking if it was possible to exchange the Prosecco for a bottle of Chardonnay. No problem.

I have done this on most of our cruises and received reds no problem.

I've also been able to bring our concierge sparkling wine to dinner and exchanged it for a credit toward a bottle of wine that we consumed during dinner.

It is possible to take the bottle of sparkling wine to the MDR and open it there free of charge?

We asked to exchange for red; the steward brought us the red but never took the champagne away!

Yes, there is only a corkage fee for bottles you bring on board with you and don't drink in your stateroom. I think it is still $25.
