Transportation from Miami hotel to Port Everglades

We will be transferring from our Miami hotel to Port Everglades for Sillhouette's forthcoming TA. Any advice on transportation companies would be much appreciated. We have looked at Larry's Limos and QLS for a private transfer. QLS seems to have a better rating on Trip Advisor.

You'll get better responses if you post this question on the FLA departure board: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=495

Not sure QLS or any other FLL based shuttle can pick you up in Miami for a trip back to FLL/PE?

Taxi should be about $75+ on the meter  -- Uber will be about $40 if you can use UberX and there is no surge pricing.

There are some downtown Miami car rental offices - have you looked at one-way car rentals?

I would call the hotel to see if they can suggest a local option they know is reliable.

If any of this helps you owe me a pint - heavy please! :)

We have used GO shuttle service to go between FLL\Miami when flying in for cruise. They picked us up at FLL hotel to go to Miami and then from ship back to FLL airport. They were right on time both ways.

Cost was $15 pp, $12 pp for group of 6 or more.

Enjoy your cruise.

We typically rent a car at the Airport using National. We drive to Port Everglades, drop off the luggage and then return the car.

They do not charge extra for dropping off at FLL, and are one of the few companies that have a free shuttle from the airport to the Port.
