cant choose room location

Why is it that even when it says you can book a certain category you click on it and instead of showing you the number and location the page goes "white" this is happening often (several times a day) :( ...Even if there is one cabin available it should still show you the cabin #.

 

Same thing happens to me. Tried different category of cabins and can't get any cabin numbers. Has happened on both laptop and Ipad. It's definitely there system.

I booked a balcony cruise for next year and it says ...not guaranteed.

 

Sounds strange to me. Did you get a cabin number? Never heard of a booking that said not guaranteed.

If that 8% is from the fish site, that is categories of cabins left, not actual cabins - a bit deceiving.

 

Thanks for clarifying that. I never knew. Still only 8% of categories left is not many.
