New Ship to Galveston

What is the check in time for Galveston and earliest we can arrive at the port? I haven't been able to find this info.

I don't know what the earliest is, but we've been there at 10:30am and been able to check in.

Our last cruise was during Mardi Gras so we left extra early, got down to the pier between 9 and 9:30. They took our luggage and we were allowed to check in. It was closer to 11 when we were allowed to board the ship.

Glad to find this thread as I was wondering the same thing. We are currently tentatively planning to sail on Carnival Vista in spring 2019 but I would love to sail RCL instead. We've already been on Liberty though and we are always looking for something different. So count me among those hoping for a new ship in Galveston.

 

I didn't even know about Vision. We like week-long cruises though and more ports.

i think it came to galveston nov 2013 maybe 2014 so its been there a few years 4 or so
