Private car from Naples to Positano

Hi all,

Will be on the Celebrity Reflection in early October and have been trying to find info on a private car company I can trust to book from Naples to Positano for the day. Any help is appreciated!

Huge thread on the wonderful Rome in Limo just down the board. Excellent operation, and they operate in Naples.

We did tour bus, but as they undersold, they moved us to a private car no charge :). Booked through Viator, have always had great luck with them in Europe.

I would highly recommend Domenico from Private tour in Italy. We used him several years ago and have recommended him to many family and friends.

A "tour bus" would not even be permitted to enter Positano (tour buses are prohibited). As to Viator, folks should understand that they are not actually a tour provider...but simply a company that books tours through local tour providers. Many folks prefer to deal directly with the local tour providers.

I have used Fabrizio from allarounditaly.net on many occasions. One of my favorite cruise days has been the Amalfi coast. We ate on the side of a mountain at a place owned by Luigi, amazing meal and wine.

It was probably Da Costantino (http://www.dacostantino.net/), that's one of the popular ones that car services use.

We ate at La Tagliata in Positano. Fantastic food, reasonably priced and the most incredible view!!
