does Princess ever put the beverage packages on sale?

They roll them in to packages sometimes, I don't know how often -- We have the beverage package included in three of our upcoming cruises. One is 28 days and it's cost would be be over $3000 if we purchased it separately

My next two cruises were booked under the Sip and Sail promo. We have a 28 day Hawaii/South Pacific cruise in October. The price this year with the AIBP tossed in was exactly the same as the price last year without the perk. We jumped on it. We also picked up a true 14 day Circle Caribbean next March at the same time under the same promo. I don't recall ever seeing a special on just the AIBP - only in conjunction with a cruise promo.

Other than them being included in a booking promo now and then, no they are not on sale.

Not seen discounts for online or onboard purchases. But is included sometimes as added perks on cruise deals.
