Uh oh..Cruise Cash

We have 5 cruises booked and I just put $500 toward the S&S card...no where on the receipt does it say its for my April 8 sailing....how can you tell without calling Carnival? TIA

I think you have to add it to a booking when you purchase it. Didnt you get an email confirmation? I think you are gonna have to call.

Did you include the booking number for the cruise that you wanted the money to go to? You should have gotten an e-mail statement from Carnival showing the transaction. If it's not in your regular e-mail, check to see if it went to "spam" or your "trash" folder. As a last resort, call Carnival.

I have my email and confirmation, but nowhere does it say what sailing date.

mine doesn't have the booking number on it or the sail date, just our names and the amount.
