Do these rooms have access to the private suite deck?

I'm trying to justify the price of the GS vs. JS, but there's quite a jump. The free drinks, private lounge, private restaurant, and priority boarding don't interest me as much as the private suite deck.....but is the price hike worth it :confused:?

JS has no access to the suite pool area.
