Jilliebean28 Posted March 17, 2017 #1 Share Posted March 17, 2017 I am wondering if there are exercise resistance bands in the Regal Princess gym? I am in the middle of physical therapy for back issues and am using the bands as part of my therapy. TIA!!
pacruise804 Posted March 22, 2017 #2 Share Posted March 22, 2017 I don't have any firsthand knowledge of Regal, but based on past cruises I would pack your own resistance bands so you are sure to have them (and the right tension level) when you need them. The good news is tension bands are light and don't take up a lot of space. Enjoy your cruise and I hope you get relief soon!
georgiavol Posted March 22, 2017 #3 Share Posted March 22, 2017 I didn't see any last year but that makes sense if you think about it. The bands can get pretty dirty over time and hard to clean. Recommend bringing your own.
anthonyy7 Posted March 22, 2017 #4 Share Posted March 22, 2017 Bring your own and do them on your balcony or on lido deck with a cocktail. They are easy to pack and cleaner
Gwendy Posted March 23, 2017 #5 Share Posted March 23, 2017 Sorry can't help with your question. I go to the gym on embarkation day, walk in then out. I can then mention that I have been to the gym. Lol
ar1950 Posted March 23, 2017 #6 Share Posted March 23, 2017 I agree with the "bring your own" advice. Bands are pretty inexpensive when you buy on line. I brought my own one time when I was having knee issues and was glad I did. I just did my routine in the cabin in the morning when I got up. easyboy Posted March 23, 2017 #7 Share Posted March 23, 2017 The good news is tension bands are light and don't take up a lot of space. Nice suggestion. My son-in-law also uses the tension bands at home and on the cruise.
