Dress code on the Silhouette...

Just got off the Silouette on Sunday and on chic nights I wore a pair of dockers and a Tommy Bahama dress shirt and I actually felt under dressed. Most passengers really did dress in shirt and tie as a minimum and there were a few tuxes. But what I wore was acceptable in the MDR.

Some will argue that the dress code is only suggested. Some will argue that it should be enforced.

On our February Silhouette cruise there were quite a few people in the MDR for dinner in shorts...and a lot in T-shirts. Doesn't bother me but if they don't enforce their own rules why have them?[/quote]

We are sailing Aqua on Silhouette. What would be the dress code for breakfast in Blu?

Dress code for Blu is the same as the MDR for breakfast, the norm is shorts and t shirts. Once again Celebrity does not expect you to eat and then go back to dress before going ashore.

Exactly. As you say Celebrity don't expect you to dress up to go to breakfast in one of the venues. I've always worn tee shirt and shorts. That's just fine.
