Fire and ice

My birthday cruise is over a year away. I am buying a small on board credit every week or so so that my vacation will feel free when I go. So, I am planning (tentatively!) all my pampering. Tell me about the fire and ice manicure, and pedicure.

Had one on the EPIC and it was kind of meh. I'd just do the regular mani/pedi and forget about the fire and ice. I was expecting a lot more from it and it was just warm towels on my legs and I don't even recall what the ice part was. I did enjoy the scenery of looking out the huge windows in the spa at the sea. Also the colors of the polish were limited, basic pinks, reds and a few others. Nothing like the selections at the local nail shops.

Does any one know what the regular price of a manicure is? - I will need my Gel nails re-doing - mid cruise. We are on the Epic sailing 01/04/17.
