Missing Riviera Roll Call

I don't know where else to post this, so I am posting here. I haven't been on in a few months, but last time I was on (probably December) I was part of a roll call for the Rome-Venice May 6th Riviera cruise. I communicated with another passenger about specific excursions and committed to joining one. Now we have had to cancel our cruise, and I wanted to let them know we would not be joining them, but the Roll Call is gone! Any ideas as to where it went or how to find it?

threads do not disappear (unless they are a problem)

Change your thread default to show threads from last year or from the beginning

go to USER CP beside your name (top right )

edit options

scroll down to

Default Thread Age Cut Off

in the pull down menu change the time frame for threads then hit SAVE at the bottom

Thank you for the link. When I went back and looked for it under the Oceania Roll Call board I found it by scrolling through, but I've done the Find Your Roll Call search several times, and only two roll calls are listed for May 2017, and neither one is the May 6th one. Weird.

The "find the roll" call search feature does not always work

 

just scroll down the roll call lists for better results
