Lost Deposit??? Or can it be moved to another existing booking?

We have/had a June cruise booked and I thought my sister was going to cancel this cruise and move the monies over to our existing July cruise... But she forgot yesterday and I just received an email at 12:19am that it's been cancelled and we lost the deposits on 4 people. Ouch!

 

Will Princess be nice and let us use that deposit money towards the July cruise or will they say "S.O.L." and keep the money?

 

Any advice before I call when they open up this morning?
