Fast Response

I was delighted with the response time for my share holder on board credit. I faxed it today around 10am and at 12:11pm I received an email stated they had received my fax and credited my on board account. The only sad thing is I still can not print my documents. Oh well check back later. :)

Their response time has improved recently. My travel agent was able to get my shareholders credit applied for a Cruise #2 that did not sail for many months after getting it applied to for soon to be sailed Cruise #1. We were both surprised and pleased.
