ccndfw Posted April 15, 2017 #1 Share Posted April 15, 2017 We were on the Caribbean Princess in November and they were just starting to roll out a Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame bar. Did this concept go away? I don't see it on any of the other ships.

Did this concept go away? I don't see it on any of the other ships. We were also there when they started the Rock not Roll Hall of Fame. When we went on The Caribbean Princess in March right before dry dock it was gone like it never existed. We asked a few people but other than it was gone got no real answer. OCruisers Posted April 15, 2017 #5 Share Posted April 15, 2017 Same with us on Caribbean Princess in January ... basically gone and never mentioned. We'd hoped it would be a fun place ....
myfuzzy Posted April 16, 2017 #6 Share Posted April 16, 2017 Yeah, me too. We were on the CB last November and got some trinkets and a T shirt. I liked the speaker too. We booked again for a few weeks ago, looking forward to see what progressed.....nothing.... I was wondering what happened to the "partnership"
dmwnc1959 Posted April 16, 2017 #7 Share Posted April 16, 2017 Here's the thread from last year.... http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?p=51530741 I was at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland a couple of weeks ago and as expansive and impressive of a collection as it is it would have been interesting to see how they would have pulled this off on a ship carrying enough memorabilia to interest everyone without hearing complaints of "not my music". Again, maybe it would be only 50's and 60's music as mentioned earlier.
Lucky TGO Posted April 16, 2017 #8 Share Posted April 16, 2017 Wow it's like the day "The Music Died " No Rocking & Roll Hall of Fame bar. :(Tony
ccndfw Posted April 16, 2017 Author #9 Share Posted April 16, 2017 Disappointing... we really enjoyed the speaker in November too and had hoped that they would have something similar on our upcoming cruise.
