No. There are no real theme nights where passengers get dressed up although there could be a deck party.

Occasionally they announce a theme night party around the pool or elsewhere but it's never promoted before the cruise, and may depend on the whim of the cruise director. I recall a Country & Western theme on Dawn (possibly held in the Wheelhouse Bar), an Island Night on one ship but can't remember which, and there was a White Night theme for a sailaway party at Sundowners on Sun as we left our last port stop in August. However most people don't bother dressing up, probably because they haven't packed anything suitable.
