DShock Posted April 25, 2017 #1 Share Posted April 25, 2017 We've taken the plunge and booked b2b on Oasis out of Orlando in August/Sept. We usually avoid the larger ships and prefer Radiance class on RCCL and Grand Class on Princess, but decided to see what "the floating shopping mall" was all about. Questions: 1) We booked an OS on deck 11 (11640). The Diamond Club is on the same level. On Oasis is Diamond Club and Suite Lounge the same thing? Do you access it with your room key? 2) Does anyone know if the balcony has two loungers? And do they go completely flat? 3) Any recent pictures of OS 11640? 4) The suite sundeck is all the way forward...isn't it windy there on sea days? Thanks, Terry
Royal2464 Posted April 25, 2017 #2 Share Posted April 25, 2017 The Diamond lounge and Suite lounge are separate. Suite lounge is on deck 17 aft. Suite sun deck is deck 17 forward, not usually too bad wind wise but it is windy when at sea.
nelblu Posted April 25, 2017 #3 Share Posted April 25, 2017 The D lounge is on the 11th & 12th deck, with the entrance on the 11th. If I'm not mistaken the Concierge Lounge is on the 9th deck.
Clarea Posted April 25, 2017 #4 Share Posted April 25, 2017 ... 2) Does anyone know if the balcony has two loungers? And do they go completely flat?... If the balcony does not have the furniture you want, speak to the stateroom attendant. They will try to accommodate you.
ARCruisinNana Posted April 25, 2017 #5 Share Posted April 25, 2017 The D lounge is on the 11th & 12th deck, with the entrance on the 11th. If I'm not mistaken the Concierge Lounge is on the 9th deck. There is not a Concierge Lounge on Oasis. There is a Suite Lounge on Deck 17 along with the Coastal Kitchen for those is Grand Suites and above. 39august Posted April 25, 2017 #7 Share Posted April 25, 2017 You are in for a treat with the suite lounge and Coastal Kitchen on Deck 17. These are for suite guests and Pinnacle members only. By the way, wine, beer and sodas are free from 11 AM to 11 PM in the suite lounge, and you can take out of the lounge if you wish. But you should also check out the Diamond lounge on deck 11. Very nice view there also.
