Drink prices

It's really not much steeper than what I pay at a restaurant or a bar, and when you figure in the logistics of storage and inventory, it makes sense that there's a bit of a premium. My local bar has about twenty competitors within walking distance, if you figure other bars as well as restaurants, and more if you figure in grocery stores and convenience stores that sell the ingredients. They can also restock their supplies as needed. A cruise ship has no competition, and has to manage their entire inventory only at the end/beginning of a cruise or at some ports, depending on regulations.
