Named-Tawny Posted May 15, 2017 #1 Share Posted May 15, 2017 Hey folks: My fiance and I are going on the Pearl July 16th. We're both avid climbers - reasonably good, but not great. (We climb 5.10s most of the time). Does anybody know what the difficulty rating is for the walls? Are there going to be any that will challenge us, or are they all designed to be easy climbs? We're thinking of bringing our climbing shoes, especially if there's a challenging wall. Thanks!
bbryan5 Posted May 15, 2017 #2 Share Posted May 15, 2017 I did the wall on the Breakaway last year, zero experience climbing, and had no problem getting to the top at the hardest level. If you're experienced, I can't see it being very challenging for you.

js Posted May 15, 2017 #4 Share Posted May 15, 2017 Thanks for this thread. Im on Escape in July leaving my kids home and sailing with dh for my 50th. Would love to do ropes and wall. Im in great health and exercise, run and rower six times a week. I wasnt sure about rock wall since my upper body is only some free weights and rower but think I will just try it after this thread. Didnt want to embarrass myself. Thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
