This has happened to me and I had to do password change and then it worked. My password was stored so I know I didn't forget it.

It sounds like you are not fully logged in. If this is the problem, you can navigate many of the pages but help function and cruise specific pages will come back with an error message stating that the page does not exist or is unavailable.
