Haven luggage drop off

The difference with Haven is once boarded we go to the Haven venue for lunch. They have always cleared our suite for use during lunch. We then go straight there snd drop off any bags. It is pretty easy, compared with going to buffet or MDR, being finished with eating, and needing to kill time with bags in tow.

Sailing on the Breakaway in the Haven next week. I know there is a separate check in area, is there also a separate luggage drop off?

Thanks

Although we haven't sailed the Breakaway, on all our other Haven cruises, the baggage drop off is the same as everyone else...the area outside the port building where the porters take your bags.

Once inside, and after security, you are directed to a separate Haven check in area/lounge.

While there isn't a separate luggage drop-off area for Haven guests, leaving the ship is easier.

We carried our own luggage off the ship via special Haven elevators and were directed to a Customs line for Haven guests...which was a lot shorter than the regular Customs line. Saved us lots of time getting back to our car.

The porters who will be working outside the front doors will see your Haven luggage tags and place your suitcases on a separate cart.

Hmmmm,,,, We have sailed in a lot of suites and Havens rooms. And never, ever had our bags delivered any faster than other "regular" passengers. The Priority tags don't seem to carry any weight with the porters or crew.

Not only have I gotten my bags faster, they are inside the suite. Others are in the hall.

Not doubting you. Maybe I have just been lucky?

We have only one Haven experience, in early March, but our suitcase delivery was kind of a mess.

We found one suitcase outside our room door, one suitcase about six or eight rooms down the hallway, and one suitcase inside the crew elevator area kind of pushed off to the side all by itself.
