cellfree Posted September 16, 2017 #26 Share Posted September 16, 2017 We just disembarked from the Divina (the Irma cruise) and drink vouchers for the Fantastica package, as well as any other pre-ordered vouchers, are now delivered to your stateroom the day of embarkation. Sunkissed Mommy Posted September 16, 2017 #27 Share Posted September 16, 2017 Yes the Fantastica experience includes a booklet for each adult containing 12 vouchers for alcoholic beverages and a booklet for each child containing 12 vouchers for non alcoholic beverages or treats. So for example if there are 2 adults and 2 children sharing a cabin, you will receive 2 adult booklets (24 vouchers total ) and 2 child booklets (24 vouchers total ) . Also , the vouchers are not guest specific , meaning if your spouse is a lush ( just kidding ) and wants to use 20 of the vouchers leaving just 4 for you , that's okay with the ship (probably not so okay with you ) . And one more bit of information , sometimes it is better to pay cash than to use a voucher . Example, a soda pop cost only 2 dollars . Better to pay for that and save the vouchers for milkshakes or smoothies which cost a little over 4 dollars . Here's an interesting twist on the question. We are sailing in March with a Fantastica package. Two adults, a 5 year old, and a 15 month old. Will the 15 month old also get a booklet?!? riclop Posted September 17, 2017 #28 Share Posted September 17, 2017 Hello Our Fantastica package on the Divinia (cruising in the Caribbean) includes 12 beverage vouchers, does anyone know where to pick up the vouchers? I heard there were some confusion with the staff about these vouchers, have they fixed the problem? TIA They seem to of changed to your cabin. Love2Cruz2015 Posted September 18, 2017 #29 Share Posted September 18, 2017 When I sailed from Venice last year, I got them at check-in.
Boschmann Posted September 18, 2017 #30 Share Posted September 18, 2017 I'm on Divina post Irma (Sept 16, 2017) and went to casino bar to pick up Fantastica and purchased vouchers. No one there had any idea of what I was asking, like it never had happened in the past. All vouchers were in our cabin, I didn't know the steward needs the reciept signed and had thrown it away. I'm not sure if this is a new protocol or if we were an oddity. Since the ship had returned to Miami days earlier we breezed through security and check in and went straight to boarding and were on the ship at 10:30 with the cabins ready. If not, probably no.
Sunkissed Mommy Posted September 19, 2017 #32 Share Posted September 19, 2017 Are you paying for the 15 month old? If you are, then I'd imagine you'll get a booklet for them. If not, probably no. MSC doesn't charge for kids 12 and under. Both my 4 year old and 15 month old are free other than taxes. But their booking form states Fantastica Package.
