Can anyone share if the Pacific Princess's dining room has a fair number of tables for two and can meet most requests? Thanks!

I can't imagine it has been changed, but yep lots, though they are only inches apart, or even inches from larger tables.

Some tables for two are relatively isolated like the two tables under the two paintings on the upper left of this photo:

 

Some tables for two are right next to other tables for six with about six inches of separation as shown in this photo:

We requested a table for 2 on our 2015 cruise. We were on the late sitting and had a table for four. From what I can remember they looked rather tight.

And the lamp is smack dab in the middle of the table at eye height. Completely in the way if you want to have a conversation.

The good news is...the lamp is removable.:D Just tell your waiter you want it removed and they'll put a dish over the hole.
