Booking a cruise that's only open to the European market

Can you contact a travel agent in Europe? I am not sure if that would work out...

My DH has just suggested we try to book through a TA when we do a Calais wine run in a couple of weeks. Watch this space!

The cruise I want is on the UK website and with a number of UK TA's,?the price is shown in £ but it won't let you book it! Annoying or what!
