Need help on whether credit cards are accepted for lunch in Baltic ports or need local currency?

 

Also, do Baltic countries prohibit bringing food into there countries.

Depends on where you are having lunch. In a regular restaurant, most will accept credit cards; in a stall at a market, generally only cash.

Been on the fantastic Baltic cruise on the Silhouette in 2015. We had no problems using our credit cards at every port. Smaller restaurants will need cash.
