We have a quote from San Giorgio hotel of €185 for one night which seems a bit steep to me, is that good value for one night?

 

upon seeing this thread and reading about how prices increase as the date gets closer, i just secured a basic room with the waterfront view for 149 EUR for our trip next October.

Stay in Santa Marinella one stop on the train before Civitecchia. Hotel I'sola for 80 Euros and a transfer will cost 20 Euros. Very nice boutique hotel on the sea. You'll enjoy it and wake up to the smell of freshly baked crousants
