Seattle airport/hotel/port/airport transportation

I'm still on the fence about logistics in Seattle. We're a family of 5 with the youngest being a toddler. We will have her carseat with us. We will be staying the night before downtown near the Space Needle.

 

How's Uber in Seattle? Uber website estimates about $65 for each leg using XL. Shuttle Express was similar for a bus but I was very unimpressed with their 16 day response time to receive a quote.

 

What other options do you recommend? I'd like to keep it to under $300 for all 3 segments.

You might get a better response on the West Coast Departures board where this is discussed frequently.

Oh I will check that out. I'd done some searching but hadn't really come up with too many recommendations. I've seen other Seattle discussion posts here so started here.

I'd ask hotel concierge to suggest their preferred transit vendors. there is an AirTran now but I'm not sure of timing, pricing and such

Just to have a decision made, we chose Seattle Airport Express. (pricing similar to what you stated - but we are a duo in a car...)

Did you check Lyft? We will probably use them..... They also have several promo codes.

I'm just sooooo excited. Very very ready for this vacation.

 

I've never tried Lyft but am familiar with Uber. Part of me is nervous not having something reserved but I think one of these services is probably how we'll go.

we are using Seattle Shuttle. Good prices and the owner has answered all my questions. We too are staying downtown and it's only $10pp to cruise terminal.
