has anyone used Cruise Connect, intercruise to bring them to the port.

If so are they strict with 3 medium size cases weighing no more than 20k.

My trip is 29 nights and I would have like to take 1 large, 1 medium and a suit bag , or 2 medium and a suit bag.

I have contacted them and they haven't yet sent a reply.

I haven't travelled with them but this is what their website says about excess baggage, it seems as if they would still take your luggage but you might need to pay.

 

Do you charge for excess luggage?

 

Yes, the following charges apply:

 

£25 per item over the standard allowance on a single journey*

£40 per item over the standard allowance on a return journey

Honestly don't worry, The driver won't be bothered he just loads anything waiting to be loaded, all very efficient..

We've used them several times and have never had a problem re weight of our suitcases. Just be sensible and work on the principle that if it's too heavy for you, then it'll be too heavy for anyone else.

 

Most we've taken has been 2 large and 1 medium case plus a carry-on each.

I'll chance a large, medium and suit bag. If I have to pay extra so be it.
