Connecting cabins

Recommended Posts

We have booked a Royal Family Suite and the connecting balcony stateroom, I know the room attendant must open the balcony divider (with management approval) but what about the interior connecting door, do they have to open it or is it just someone on each side opens their side?

The stateroom attendant has to unlock the door. Also, once the door is unlocked, you can close it, but you may not be able to lock it. This may vary by ship.

When we have stayed in the RFS on Liberty & Indy the connecting doors between the two can be locked from either side.
