What was the $500 OBC given to you for? I thought you'd said it was for ending up in the cold eating Pizza. Apologies if it was granted for something unrelated. My mistake.

 

Why would you think an offer made to all guests regardless of their experience would preclude you for having made a complaint and dealt with as such. If they had offered you $200 do you think you'd still not be entitled? I know you will say it's related (if it was - I'll not make the assumption again), but you negotiated something that upset you as compensation and agreed a settlement. This "offer" is beyond what you agreed, though I suspect you are right they won't increase it to $1000 for your Spirit cruise.

 

Glad you agree it's worth asking though.
