There are fine jewelery stores on every ship that I've ever been on, including the Epic. Can't help you with the prices, though.

Know what your prices are at home at a reputable jeweler and then you can compare. Its hard to say, and then you have to figure in the mark-up so they can have a "sale" later in the cruise.

Every ship has one. Some prices very high, some very good (during sales) sauer-kraut is correct, try to know prices before you go

Just be aware that because your cruise is departing Barcelona and visiting only EU-ports, all prices on board will have an extra 21% IVA tax added, so that will increase the on board prices quite much - even if there is a "sale" on board.
