Modify beach bungalow reservation

Hi, I booked a beach bungalow for my friends and I on our upcoming cruise stop in Coco Cay.

 

I didn't have their reservation numbers at the time but now I do. I went to the website to modify my reservation to add them and received an error message. Called RCCL to add them, and I was told I didn't need to add them. I know I can go to the shore excursion desk when we board.

 

Is it true, they don't need to be added? Don't they need wristbands?
