Oasis Deck 6

Recommended Posts

Booked a cabin in deck 6. Have previously been on higher decks and have never felt the ship move. We are midship. Is deck 6 too low? Will we feel movement?

Whether you feel movement depends on the sea/wind conditions and the ship's relative course. In other words, unpredictable.

Just off AL yesterday, were in 6664, never any movement. Deck 6 is extremely convenient to almost everything. Very near Boardwalk and aft elevators, less than a minute. Two decks up to Central Park. Casino, skating, two decks down. Photo shop, same deck, as is Schooner Bar. Promenade and Café and more shopping, one deck down. Can't do any better!

R&D,

We are forward, deck 6, and never have sailed the Oasis. I am a little nervous since the theater is right below us that it will be loud at night. Daytime doesn't matter much, but we are usually back to the room by 11:00. We have room 6316.

Anyone stay above the theater and think it's worth it to change because of the noise? Thanks in advance :)
