Cu Chi Tunnel excursion, Ho Chi Minh City

I have just booked the Cu Chi Tunnel excursion for our cruise in February.

For anyone who may have done this tour, is the meal included in the price of the tour? Or extra?

We did this excursion last year and it's fascinating and well worth doing.

 

You're offered the chance to crawl through about 50 yards or so of tunnel. Don't go down if.you are in the slightest claustrophobic; the tunnel is very small, hot, and totally dark.

 

Also don't go down if you're of a larger build. In the middle the tunnel is very small. I ended up throwing out my polo shirt, as the dirt from the tunnel roof rubbed off onto it, and repeated washing back home wouldn't clean it.

 

Excursion ends with a good, sit-down lunch in a decent restaurant.
