Just checked out the available excursions for the 11/26 Carribean cruise

Can someone tell me if I do not wish to go on any of these excursions are there any stores to look thru where the ship docks on the various Islands? Just so as to get off the ship for an hour or so.

While I don't know what ports you will be visiting I have been to at least 20 different ports throughout the Caribbean. I have never visited a port where there were not touristy shops nearby as well as local tour operators waiting for folks who might be interested in a tour without any advanced planning. In most ports, there also are taxis who are waiting to offer passengers simple driving tours to points of interest. You should be able to keep occupied whether you book a Cunard excursion, a pre-planned excursion online before you depart, or just a pick up activity once you leave the ship in a port.

There are shops in the pier area of all those ports, although for Charlotte Amalie and Bridgetown you might want to take a jitney or cab to the city center for better good & shopping choices.

 

At any of the listed ports you can arrange a quick island tour from a lical operator or transport to a beach, no ship's tour required.
