Flying into Miami. Airport stay. Cruise from Fort Lauderdale

Would appreciate if we could get some guidance on a transfer from Miami to Fort Lauderdale.

Any help much appreciated and idea on cost if possible?

We do not want to hire a car.

You have several options and it will come down to cost and convenience.

 

You could use Uber or UberX if there is two of you with a couple of large suitcases and carry on. I believe the prices are around $45.00 and $75.00 respectively.

 

Another option is a taxi but I would go with Uber over a taxi.

 

You could go with other private drivers/vehicles such as Larry's Limo. Their web site is:

Another option is a shared shuttle service such as SAS, QLS and Go Airport. I believer around $15.00 per person.

 

For the convenience UBER is a terrific option.

We really like Larrys Limos. They are reliable and very professional. You can book on their website or get a quote using their live chat facility on the website. We last used them in April from Miami airport to Fort Lauderdale hotel and the cost was $90 including the gratuity. The driver will be waiting near the airport exit to take you to the car. We find the extra cost is worth not having to queue for a cab or trying to contact Uber on a UK mobile.

Three or less people with not a lot of luggage use an UberX more than three people with luggage use an UberXL. UberX will be around $40.00 XL around $75.00 both cheaper and better than a cab.
