I can't say for certain.

But I can say that one of my bookings , via a TA shows an upgrade to my drinks package they organized. so alterations and additions made by a TA should show up.

If you got OBC from TA its only will show on board. If it will) Some TA forget to do so sometimes)

Thanks all..my online account was finally fixed (was showing there was $ owing when we payed in full when we booked lol)..my lil' OBC is now there:)
