Where are the reviews?

Hi all,

 

I find this forum fascinating and informative as I prepare for my Emerald 2018 River Cruise and I thank you all for your contributions.

 

I am curious though, why the lack of reviews from recent trips...especially for 1st timers?

 

I am so excited for my cruise even though it is almost a year away.

There are reviews, but if you're a regular ocean cruiser moving to river cruising for the first time, you have to understand the numbers just aren't going to be the same. It's the same issue that comes up for Roll Calls - it's going to be very unusual to find another CC member on your specific river cruise, just because of the size of the ships....

 

Not sure we know the % of river cruisers who are CC members - I know even for ocean cruising it's fairly low overall...And then of CC members, those who post reviews is an even smaller sub-sample......
